  • Colours and descriptions are represented as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays are exact.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.

  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Afterpay (if applicable).

  • CHIC YOUR LASH reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.

4. Shipping

  • We ship Australia-wide. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Once dispatched, shipping times depend on your location (typically 2–7 business days).

  • Tracking will be provided via email once your order is shipped.

5. Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened lash or adhesive products.
Refunds or replacements will only be offered for:

  • Incorrect items sent

  • Damaged goods on arrival (photo evidence required within 48 hours of delivery)

6. Liability
CHIC YOUR LASH is not responsible for any allergic reactions, injuries, or damages arising from misuse of our products. Always patch test before use.
